ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME

If additional time is required to remove a non-factory installed part or accessory before performing this repair, submit as "Actual Time" per Warranty
& Policy Manual guidelines (see "Access Time" and "Actual Time Usage Requirements" in the Warranty & Policy Manual).

Support Center.

Refunds are not authorized for this program.
RENTAL VEHICLES
In the rare case where a box outer panel must be replaced, Ford Motor Company will pay for a rental vehicle while the customer's vehicle is at the
dealership for panel replacement, except for fuel and insurance which will be at the owner's expense. Follow Extended Service Plan (ESP) guidelines for
rental dollar amounts. Enter the word "RENTAL" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Miscellaneous Expense area of the claim form.
CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

Labor Reimbursement when a box outer panel must be replaced:

If the Dealer performs the RH box outer panel replacement, labor reimbursement is at the published FSA labor operation hours multiplied by the
Dealer's approved labor rate (refer to Attachment II for labor operation).

Per the Warranty' and Policy Manual (Page 1-28), if the Dealer chooses to sublet the RH box outer panel replacement, either the published
operation or the actual Outside Labor (OSL) charge may be claimed. If the actual OSL charge is claimed, the OSL amount CANNOT exceed the
standard operation amount at the Dealer's approved labor rate.
