Remove the spare tire assembly.
Installation
1.
Check the air pressure in the new spare tire. Inflate, if necessary, to the cold pressure of 35 psi.
2.
Slide the retainer through the center of the new spare tire assembly.
3.
Turn the jack handle clockwise until the tire is firmly fastened to the under side of the vehicle.
4.
Replace the jack handle in its retaining clips (located above the radiator in the engine compartment).

Please note that this program is being administered as a "Low Volume Owner Notification Program". This means that owners will call a toll-free number
when they are notified to arrange for service at the dealer of their choice. The "Low Volume Owner Notification Program" permits a more effective way
of controlling a limited quantity of service stock to ensure that parts are available in an orderly fashion.
Also note that the owner notification letter mailings for the subject program will be phased beginning November 27, 1996 with expected completion by
year-end 1996.
