Inspect both rear spring assemblies for cracked or broken leaves in the area near the forward leg of the U-bolts. Inspect both the inboard and
outboard sides of the leaf springs in the area shown in Figure 1.
A)
If no leaves are broken, install new spring clips. Proceed to "Spring Clip Installation".
B)
If a cracked or broken spring is found, both rear spring assemblies must be replaced. Proceed to "Rear Spring Replacement".Please note that
new springs do not require spring clip installation
