10. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.
11. Disconnect the following electrical connectors:
-
Idle Air Control (IAC) valve electrical connector (A)
-
Differential Pressure Feedback EGR (DPFE) transducer electrical connector (B)
-
Engine Vacuum Regulator (EVR) electrical connector (C)
-
Throttle Position (TP) sensor electrical connector (D)
12. Disconnect the engine cooling system sensor connections:
-
(A) Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical connector.
-
(B) water temperature indicator sender unit electrical connector.
13. Disconnect the RH fuel injector electrical connectors.
