12. Remove the lower ball joint castellated nut.
1. Remove the lower ball joint cotter pin.
2. Remove the lower ball joint castellated nut.
13. Use the Pitman Arm Puller to separate the front wheel knuckle from the front suspension lower arm.
14. CAUTION: Suspend the front wheel driveshaft and joint with wire.
Remove the front wheel knuckle.
Installation
1. Install the front suspension arm upper ball joint castellated nut.
1. Position the front wheel knuckle.
2. Install the front suspension arm upper ball joint castellated nut.
3. Install a new cotter pin.
