F 150 4WD Pickup V8-5.4L SOHC VIN 3 (1999)
1. Use (A) Front Pump Seal Replacer to install the (B) front pump seal assembly.
2. Install the clutch piston seals.

Install the intermediate clutch piston outer seal.

Install the intermediate clutch piston inner seal.
3. NOTE: Coat the intermediate clutch piston outer seal, intermediate clutch piston inner seal and pump body sealing area with petroleum jelly.
Install the (A) intermediate clutch piston into (B) Clutch Lip Seal Protector.
4. Install the intermediate clutch piston.

Position the intermediate clutch piston and Clutch Lip Seal Protector onto the pump body.

Push the intermediate clutch piston to the bottom of the pump body bore, exerting even pressure.
