1. Position the differential cover bushing and differential cover bushing tools.

Position the differential cover bushing.

Position the Bushing Replacer Collet.

Position the Bushing Remover/Replacer Cup.

Position the Draw bolt.

Position the Bushing Replacer Adapter.

Thread Bushing Replacer on the Draw bolt.
2. To install the differential cover bushing, tighten the Draw bolt until the specified gap is reached between the cover ear and the bushing flange. Use
a feeler gauge to verify the correct gap length.

Remove the tools.
3. Install the front drive axle assembly.
