1. Position the front axle shaft aside.
Item 19: Upper Arm-to-Frame Nut (RH Side Only) Removal Note
1. Remove the retainer and position the heat shield aside to access the upper arm-to-frame nut.
Item 20: Upper Arm-to-Frame Bolt Removal Note
1. Remove the shock absorber and spring assembly.
Items 18 and 21: Lower and Upper Arm Installation Note
1. Check and, if necessary, align the front end.
2. Reposition the front axle shaft.
Items 14,15, and 19: Lower and Upper Arm-to-Frame Nut Installation Note
1. Do not tighten the nuts until the installation procedure is complete and the weight of the vehicle is resting on the wheel and tire assemblies.
Item 11: Wheel Knuckle Installation Note
1. Check and, if necessary, align the front end.
