EGR Tube: Service and Repair
EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE TUBE
REMOVAL
4.6L and 5.4L engines
1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.
2. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system vacuum hoses from the EGR valve tube.
4.6L engine
3. Remove the EGR valve tube.
