procedure.
Captains and 40 percent seat
1. NOTE: When tightening the safety belt buckle pretensioner retaining nut, make sure that the seat backrest pivot bolt does not turn with the nut.
Position the safety belt buckle and pretensioner to the seat and install the nut.

Route the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness and usage detection switch wire harness as noted in removal.
2. NOTE: The driver side is shown, other seats are similar.
Install the safety belt buckle pretensioner and usage detection switch electrical connectors to the seat cushion pan.
60 percent seat
3. NOTE: When tightening the safety belt buckle pretensioner retaining nut, make sure that the seat backrest pivot bolt does not turn with the nut.
Position the safety belt buckle and pretensioner to the seat and install the nut.

Route the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness as noted in removal.
4. Install the 60 percent seat cushion.

5. Restore the vehicle to operating condition.
