Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
Belt Idler Pulley - 4.2L
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the drive belt off of the belt idler pulley. For additional information, refer to Belt - 4.2L.
2. NOTE: The belt idler pulley for a vehicle with A/C is shown, the belt idler pulley for a vehicle without A/C is similar, except for the ribbed
pulley.
Remove the bolt and the belt idler pulley.
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
