Leak Detection Valve: Service and Repair
SOLENOID - CANISTER VENT
REMOVAL
1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister.
2. Remove the canister vent solenoid.
INSTALLATION
1. NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seals with MERPOL(R) O-ring Seal Lubricant or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144B.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
