5. Remove the two bolts retaining the heat shield to the transmission support crossmember.
6. CAUTION: Support the transmission on the oil pan rails only or internal transmission damage may occur.
Using a suitable high-lift Jack support the transmission.
7. Remove the transmission mount nuts.
8. Remove the LH and RH bolts, the nuts and the transmission support crossmember.
9. Remove the bolt.
All vehicles
10. Loosen the Torque clamp nut, then remove the converter.
