6. NOTE: Use a backup wrench to hold the line during disconnection to prevent damage to the line.
Disconnect the A/C manifold and tube assembly at the A/C condenser core.

Discard the O-ring seal.
7. Remove the nut.
8. Remove the A/C pressure cutoff switch.

Discard the O-ring seal.
9. Remove the A/C manifold and tube assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean mineral oil.
-
Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean mineral oil.
2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
