F 150 Heritage 4WD Pickup V8-5.4L SOHC VIN Z Bi-fuel (2004)
1. NOTE: The EGR valve sealing surfaces are soft metals.
Carefully clean both sealing surfaces.

Install a new gasket.
2. Install the EGR valve.

Tighten the two bolts in two stages.

Stage 1: Tighten the bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).

Stage 2: Tighten the bolts an additional 90 degrees.
3. Connect the EGR valve.

Connect the EGR valve tube.

Connect the vacuum line.
4. Position the bracket and install the nut.
