Removal and Installation
60/40 Split and Front Bench Seat, Center Passenger
SAFETY BELT - 60/40 SPLIT AND FRONT BENCH SEAT, CENTER PASSENGER
Torx Bit Tool Set
SPECIAL TOOL(S)
REMOVAL
1. Move the front passenger seat forward.
2. Using the special tool 501-D012 (D83L-2100-A), remove the bolts.

Feed the belt up through the seat cushion strap and remove the front passenger safety belt tongue assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. NOTE:
-
Make sure the tongue webbing is outside the seat side shield, not under the shield. The webbing could be cut if it is routed under the seat side
shield.

Apply Ford Threadlock 262 (E2FZ-19554-B) or equivalent to fasteners when installing safety belt buckle or retractor assemblies.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Check the active restraint system for correct operation.
