Removal
All vehicles
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. On 4x4 vehicles, remove the front wheel opening molding.
3. Remove the front fender splash shield.
Romeo engine (4.6L)
4. Remove the nut and the brake booster vacuum hose and bracket.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold to Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve tube.

Disconnect the differential pressure feedback EGR system electrical connector and remove the system.

Disconnect the upper and lower exhaust manifold to EGR valve tube fittings.
