NOTE: Note the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness and usage detection switch wire harness routing for installation.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, READ AND FOLLOW ALL WARNINGS, CAUTIONS AND
NOTES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE REMOVAL PROCEDURE.
Captains and 40 percent seat
1. Position the safety belt buckle and pretensioner to the seat and install the nut.

Route the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness and usage detection switch wire harness as noted in removal.
NOTE: When tightening the safety belt buckle pretensioner retaining nut, make sure that the seat backrest pivot bolt does not turn with the nut.
2. Install the safety belt buckle pretensioner and usage detection switch electrical connectors to the seat cushion pan.
NOTE: The driver side is shown, other seats are similar.
60 percent seat
3. Position the safety belt buckle and pretensioner to the seat and install the nut.

Route the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness as noted in removal.
NOTE: When tightening the safety belt buckle pretensioner retaining nut, make sure that the seat backrest pivot bolt does not turn with the nut.
4. Install the 60 percent seat cushion.
