2. Deactivate the supplemental restraint system (SRS).

PROCEDURE. Refer to: Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming.
SuperCrew vehicles
1. Remove the driver side front scuff plate.
2. Remove the driver side rear scuff plate.
NOTE: The safety belt guide has been removed for clarity.
Release the tab and open the safety belt guide cover.
3. Remove the safety belt guide nut. Remove the safety belt guide.
