4. Disconnect the hood latch release handle from the lower instrument panel steering column cover.

Remove the screws.

Disconnect the hood latch release handle from the steering column cover.
5. Disconnect the parking brake release handle from the lower instrument panel steering column cover.

Remove the screws.

Disconnect the parking brake release handle.
6. Remove the lower instrument panel steering column cover.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the lower instrument panel steering column cover.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
