6. Remove the nuts.

7. Remove the bolts. 

8. Remove the transmission crossmember. 

1. Remove the bolts. 
2. Remove the transmission crossmember. 

9. Lower the transmission to access the extension housing bolts. 

10. Using the special tool remove the extension housing seal.
