Inspect the disc brake caliper for leaks. If leaks are found, disassembly is required. Refer to the procedure in this section.

INSTALLATION:

-

Install the front disc brake caliper.

Position the front disc brake caliper.

Install the front disc brake caliper bolts.

Install the front brake hose.

Use new copper washers; connect the front brake hose.

Install the front brake hose bolt.

Bleed the front disc brake caliper; refer to Hydraulic System Service And Repair Section.

Clean the wheel hub mounting surface.

WARNING: ALWAYS REMOVE ANY CORROSION, DIRT OR FOREIGN MATERIAL PRESENT ON THE MOUNTING SURFACES

OF THE WHEEL OR THE SURFACE OF THE WHEEL HUB, BRAKE DRUM OR FRONT DISC BRAKE ROTOR THAT
CONTACTS THE WHEEL. INSTALLING WHEELS WITHOUT PROPER METAL TO METAL CONTACT AT THE
WHEEL MOUNTING SURFACES CAN CAUSE THE LUG NUTS TO LOOSEN AND COULD ALLOW THE WHEEL TO
COME OFF WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL.
