Install the rear fuel line bracket retainers. Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
15.
Connect the two (2) rear fuel line connectors and install the safety clips.
16.
Inspect the newly installed fuel line assembly to:

Make sure all clearances meet specifications (10 mm).

Make sure there is no contact between the transfer case shift linkage and the fuel lines.
NOTE:
If you are unable to obtain the 10 mm clearance, contact the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621.
17.
Install the transfer case skid plate, if equipped. Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
18.
Lower the vehicle on the hoist.
19.
Connect the two (2) fuel line spring lock couplers to the fuel supply manifold and install the safety clips.
20.
Connect the battery ground cable and remove the memory saver. Turn the air suspension switch on, if equipped.
21.
Turn the ignition key on to pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
