Wiper Arm: Service and Repair
Pivot Arm
REMOVAL
NOTE:

The windshield wiper mounting arms and pivot shafts are serviced as an assembly.

The windshield wiper pivot arms must be in the highest position to remove the mounting arms and pivot shaft.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Turn the windshield wiper on.
3. Stop the windshield wiper pivot arms at the highest position by turning the ignition switch to the OFF position.
4. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arms.
1. Remove the two pivot arm nut covers.
2. Remove the nuts.
3. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arms.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Adjust the windshield wiper pivot arms.
