F 250 2WD Super Duty V10-6.8L (2009)
After any crash that results in deployment of the driver and/or front outboard passenger safety belt pretensioners, new driver and/or front outboard
passenger safety belt systems (including retractors, buckles and height adjusters) must be installed. Failure to install new safety belt systems
increases the risk of serious personal injury or death in a crash.
All seats
1. Remove the affected front seat.
2. Remove the safety belt buckle retainer.

For manual seat track, remove the bolt.

To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

For power seat track, remove the nut.

To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

For passenger seat, remove the safety belt buckle.

3. Disconnect the safety belt buckle switch electrical connector and separate it from the mounting bracket.
4. NOTE: Removing the pin-type retainer from the safety belt buckle switch electrical connector can ease removal.
NOTE: Power track shown, manual track similar.
Pull the safety belt buckle switch wire harness and electrical connector through the opening in the side of the seat.

Remove the safety belt buckle.
All seats
5. NOTE: Before installation, make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted and the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
6. Check the active restraint system for correct operation. For additional information, refer to the appropriate Functional Test procedure in Safety
