6. Remove bolts and the CAC.
All vehicles
7. Disconnect the OTA transmission fluid cooler hoses.
8. Remove the bolts and the OTA transmission fluid cooler.
9. Remove the fluid cooler tube from the OTA transmission fluid cooler.
Installation
All vehicles
1. Install the fluid cooler tube onto the OTA transmission fluid cooler.
^
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
2. Position the OTA transmission fluid cooler into the mounts, and install the bolts.

Tighten to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the OTA transmission fluid cooler hoses.
Gasoline engine vehicles
4. Position the A/C condenser into the lower brackets and install the bolts.
^
Tighten to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
5. Connect the hood release cable clip onto the power steering cooler and install the bolts.
^
Tighten to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.).
