1. Thoroughly clean and inspect the front wheel bearings and the disc brake hub and rotor.

Use brake parts cleaner to clean the front disc brake rotor.

2. Lubricate the wheel bearings.

Use long-life grease to lubricate the wheel bearings.

3. Install a new wheel hub grease seal.

Install the inner wheel bearing.

Install a new wheel hub grease seal.

4. Install the disc brake hub and rotor.

Position the disc brake hub and rotor.

Install the outer wheel bearing.

Install the wheel outer bearing retainer washer.

4

Install the spindle nut.

5. While rotating the disc brake hub and rotor, tighten the spindle nut.
