This TSB article is being republished in its entirety to include the latest level parts.

ISSUE
Condensate may leak onto the passenger floor on some vehicles. This may be caused by the evaporator core not sealing properly and allowing air to
bypass the core and carry condensate to the heater plenum.

ACTION
Reseal the evaporator core. Sealing the core should reduce the possibility of air flow around the core. Refer to the following Service Procedure for
details.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Verify concern.

2.

Check evaporator drain for proper flow and clear any obstructions.
