Secondary Air Injection Diverter (AIRD) Valve: Description and Operation

The secondary Air Injection Diverter (AIRD) valve is used in electronic controlled secondary air injection systems to divert secondary air upstream to
the exhaust manifold check valve and to divert secondary air downstream to the catalytic converter check valve.
