Install the brake shoe adjusting screw spring.

Install the outboard brake shoe retracting spring.

Use a Brake Adjusting Gauge to measure the inside diameter of the drum portion of the rear disc brake rotor.

Use a Brake Adjusting Gauge to set the rear brake shoe and lining diameter, to 0.5 mm (0.020 in) less than the inside diameter of the drum
portion of the rear disc brake rotor.

Install the rear disc brake rotor; refer to Disc Brake System section.
NOTE: After rear disc brake rotor has been installed, be sure to install the square cut 0-ring in the hub groove.

Clean the wheel hub mounting surface.
WARNING: ALWAYS REMOVE ANY CORROSION, DIRT OR FOREIGN MATERIAL PRESENT ON THE MOUNTING SURFACES
