ISSUE

Some customers may experience difficulty attaching a child safety seat in the rear seat of a vehicle using the current Child Seat Tether Kit. This may be
caused by the tether anchor on the back panel of the cab being too close to the child seat leaving slack in the tether.

ACTION

Install a revised Child Seat Tether Kit. The kit contains a revised tether strap that can be tightened properly. Refer to the Instruction Sheet included in the
kit for installation procedures.
