3. Remove the clamps and remove the intercooler tube (if equipped).

To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).
All vehicles
4. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator line from the A/C evaporator core.
5. Remove the 8 pin-type retainers and the sight shield.
6. Disconnect the condenser-to-evaporator line from the A/C condenser core and remove the line.

To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

Discard the O-ring seals.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
