5. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator line from the A/C evaporator core.

6. Remove the eight pin-type retainers and the sight shield.

7. Disconnect the condenser-to-evaporator line from the A/C condenser core and remove the line.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the O-ring seals with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or equivalent
meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.

Condenser To Evaporator Line - Without Aux Climate Control

REMOVAL

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to:  Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure,
