9. Remove the front passenger side safety belt anchor.

Using the special tool, remove the bolt.

Remove the front passenger side safety belt anchor.
CrewCab and Excursion vehicles
10. Remove the safety belt retractor and pretensioner.

Using the special tool, remove the bolt.

Pivot up at the bottom and remove the safety belt retractor and pretensioner.
NOTE: For pretensioner retractor disposal procedure, refer to Air Bag Systems.

1. Install the safety belt retractor and pretensioner.

Position the safety belt retractor and pretensioner, aligning the tabs into the sheet metal.

Using the special tool, install the bolt.
NOTE: Make sure that after an Automatic Locking Retraction (ALR) retractor is installed that the retractor is not in the ALR mode of operation
when installed.
