ISSUE
Some 2009-2010 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 5.4L Gas Engines and 5R110W Automatic Transmissions may exhibit a lacks power, drivability
concern with one or more the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in powertrain control module (PCM) memory: P0420 (Catalyst System
Efficiency Below Threshold-Bank 1), P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold-Bank 2), P0148 (Fuel Delivery Error) or P0191 (Fuel Rail
Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance).
ACTION
Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 64.08 and higher or 65.01 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM
2010.01 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
