to install new safety belt assemblies and attaching hardware may increase the risk of serious personal injury or death in a crash.
After any crash that results in deployment of the driver and/or front outboard passenger safety belt pretensioners, new driver and/or front outboard
passenger safety belt systems (including retractors, buckles and height adjusters) must be installed. Failure to install new safety belt systems
increases the risk of serious personal injury or death in a crash.
All safety belt buckles
1. Using an appropriate tool, push in the pin hole while pulling the safety belt tongue out of the safety belt buckle.

After installation, when inserting the safety belt tongue into the safety belt buckle, make sure the safety belt buckle and safety belt retractor
webbing are not incorrectly twisted.
2. Remove the rear seat backrest.

3. Remove the LH outboard/ LH center safety belt buckles from the elastic strap.
4. Remove the bolt and LH outboard/ LH center safety belt buckle assembly.

To install, tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).

5. Remove the RH outboard/ RH center safety belt buckles from the elastic strap.
6. Remove the bolt and RH outboard/ RH center safety belt buckle assembly.

To install, tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).

7. NOTE: When installing a new safety belt buckle assembly, make sure it is installed on the correct side. This is due to the safety belt buckles and
tongues being different sizes from the LH to the RH side.
