3. Remove the fuel cooler bolt and position the fuel cooler aside.

4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the upper Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose.

5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the lower CAC hose.

6. Remove bolts and the CAC.

All vehicles

7. Disconnect the OTA transmission fluid cooler hoses.

8. Remove the bolts and the OTA transmission fluid cooler.

9. Remove the transmission fluid cooler tube from the OTA transmission fluid cooler.

Installation

Early build

1. Install the transmission fluid cooler tube onto the OTA transmission fluid cooler.

-

Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Late build

2. Install the transmission fluid cooler hose onto the OTA transmission fluid cooler.

All vehicles

3. Position the OTA transmission fluid cooler into the mounts, and install the bolts.

-

Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
