Engine Block Heater: Service and Repair
Engine Block Heater Cord

REMOVAL

1. Unplug cable from block heater.

NOTE:  Refer to the illustrations for block heater cable routing.

2. Remove screw from clip securing battery cables and block heater wiring to inner fender bracket.
3. Cut and remove tie straps.
4. Using door trim panel removing tool, remove cable retainers from brackets and frame.
5. Remove cable from vehicle. 

INSTALLATION

1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
