13. Connect vacuum lines to upper and lower intake manifold.
14. Connect the throttle and transmission linkage at the throttle body.
15. Install the power steering pump and drive belt.
16. Install the engine air cleaner and air cleaner outlet tube.
17. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
18. Connect the battery ground cable.
NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the powertrain control
module (PCM) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.
19. Fill the crankcase with engine oil. Start the engine and check for leaks.
