Spark Plug: Testing and Inspection
Spark Plug Inspection Chart
1. Clean spark plugs as necessary using a wire brush or professional spark plug cleaner (follow equipment manufacturer's instructions).
2. Inspect the firing tip. Replace spark plug if firing tip is worn or damaged. Refer to the Spark Plug Inspection Chart for examples of normal and
abnormal spark plug conditions.
