The exhaust manifold bolt torque is increased to 35 ft.lbs. from 30 ft.lbs. The tightening sequence remains the same, as shown in Figure 23.
Tighten per two steps below:
1.
Tighten bolts to 48 N-m (35 ft.lbs.) in numbered sequence shown above.
2.
Tighten bolts to 48 N-m (35 ft.lbs.) in line sequence shown above.
