Slide the wire metal guard down the drain hose to gain access to the separator canister. Note: Fuel hoses and drain hose do not need to be removed
from the fuel/water separator assembly to install the plastic recall shield.

Install the shield (E4TZ-9J309-A) required by this recall by spreading the shield and positioning it over the drain hole and the fuel/water separator
canister. Note the position of the locating tabs in Attachment III.
