Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.

1. Position the shoulder safety belt guide cover upward.

2. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide bolt.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

3. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.

4. Position aside the rear door opening weatherstrips.

5. Remove the safety belt anchor.

Remove the safety belt anchor bolt.
-

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Remove the safety belt anchor.

6. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.

-

Route the safety belt and the shoulder safety belt guide through the C-pillar trim panel opening.

7. NOTICE: To avoid damage to the C-pillar trim panel, remove any retaining clips from the body and attach them to the C-pillar trim

panel before installing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear center safety belt retractor. For additional information, refer to Seat Belt Systems.

2. Remove the RH and LH C-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Trim Panel - Crew Cab  See: C-Pillar Trim Panel - Crew

Cab.

3. Remove the 2 cab rear trim panel pushpin retainers.
