F 350 2WD Super Duty V10-6.8L (2009)
6. Disconnect the horn assembly electrical connector.
7. Disconnect the LH hood latch cable and the 2 position retainers and position the cable aside.
8. Remove the bolt and the horn assembly.
9. Disconnect the RH hood safety latch cable and the 3 position retainers and position the cable aside.
10. Disconnect the power steering fluid cooler hose position retainer from the radiator.
11. Disconnect the LH air deflector retainer.
12. Remove the 2 bolts and position the power steering fluid cooler aside.
13. Remove the clip and disconnect the upper radiator coolant hose quick connect coupling.
14. Remove the 2 bolts and position the power steering reservoir aside.
15. Disconnect the degas bottle coolant inlet hose from the radiator.
16. Disconnect the degas bottle coolant inlet hose position retainer from the cooling fan shroud and position aside.
17. If equipped with Four-Wheel Drive (4WD), remove the bolt and position the 4WD differential vacuum valve aside.
18. Remove the clip and disconnect the lower radiator coolant hose quick connect coupling.
19. Remove the nut and disconnect the A/C compressor-to-condenser tube.

Discard the gasket seal and the O-ring seals.
20. Remove the nut and disconnect the A/C condenser outlet tube.

Discard the gasket seal and the O-ring seals.
21. Disconnect the RH air deflector retainer.
22. NOTICE: Failure to cap the openings for the transmission cooler tubes may result in siphoning of the transmission fluid. This may result
in damage to the transmission, if the transmission fluid is not checked and topped-off after the repair is completed.
NOTE: Install caps on the transmission cooler tubes.
Remove the 2 secondary latches and using the Transmission Cooler Line Disconnect Tool, disconnect the transmission auxiliary fluid cooler tube
quick connect couplings and position retainer.
23. Disconnect the 4 position retainers and position the engine compartment wiring harness aside.
24. Remove the 3 lower air deflector retainers.
25. Press the 5 position retaining tabs and rotate the lower cooling fan shroud upward until the position retainer tab locks into position.
