Coolant Hose

Removal and Installation

1. Drain the fuel and turbocharger cooling system. For additional information, refer to Fuel and Turbocharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and

Bleeding  See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Service and Repair.

2. If necessary, remove and discard the tie straps.

3. If necessary, position aside the coolant hose clip.

4. Disconnect the coolant hose being serviced from the components on each end of the coolant hose and remove the coolant hose.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If necessary, install new tie straps.
