4. NOTICE: Do not handle the passenger air bag module by grabbing the edges of the passenger air bag cover. Failure to follow this

instruction may result in component damage and/or system failure.

Remove and discard the 4 bolts and position the passenger air bag module out of the instrument panel.

To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

5. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the passenger air bag module.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Align the passenger air bag module J-nuts before installing the passenger air bag module bolts.
