F 350 2WD Super Duty V10-6.8L (2009)
Repowering in the General Procedures portion of Air Bag Systems.
2. Remove the B-pillar trim panel.
3. Disconnect the safety belt retractor and pretensioner electrical connector.
4. Remove safety belt retractor and pretensioner assembly.
1. Remove safety belt retractor and pretensioner bolt.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
2. Pull the safety belt retractor and pretensioner out at the bottom, disengaging the lower anti-rotation tab from the B-pillar sheet metal.
3. Slide the safety belt retractor and pretensioner down, disengaging the upper anti-rotation tab from the B-pillar sheet metal.

Remove safety belt retractor and pretensioner assembly.
5. NOTE: Before installation, make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted and the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
6. Repower the SRS. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering in the General
Procedures portion of Air Bag Systems.
7. Check the active restraint system for correct operation. For additional information, refer to the appropriate Functional Test procedure in Safety
