Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicles
3. Remove the transfer case.
4. Using the Input Shaft Oil Seal Remover and the Slide Hammer, remove and discard the output oil seal.
Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) vehicles
5. Using the Drive Pinion Flange Holding Fixture and the Mainshaft Locknut (36-mm) Socket, remove the transmission flange.
6. Remove and discard the output oil seal.
Installation
4WD vehicles
1. Using the Output Shaft Oil Seal Installer (4x4), install a new output oil seal.
2. Install the transfer case.
