ISSUE
Some 1999-2007 F-Super Duty King Ranch Crew Cab vehicles may exhibit white corrosion on the running boards. It is not necessary to replace the
entire running board assembly for this concern. Only replace the diamond plate.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the diamond plate.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Remove all ten (10) nuts from under side of running board.
2.
Replace Diamond Plate
3.
Secure with all ten (10) nuts and torque 16 lb-in (1.8 N.m).
