ISSUE
A "thumping" noise from the A/C system may be heard during cold engine start. This may be caused by liquid present in compressor during start-up.

ACTION
Replace the A/C accumulator with revised Accumulator (YL3Z-19C836-BA). Refer to the 1999 Super Duty F-Series Workshop Manual, Section 412,
for A/C accumulator removal and installation procedures.
